We are the controller of our users' data. For the data of notification recipients we act as processor on behalf of the lawyer, who is the controller; this relationship is governed by the transmission contract that forms part of the terms of service.

• Creating and managing accounts and verifying lawyer status.
• Sending electronic notifications and recording their evidence.
• Keeping the evidence for later verification.
• Invoicing and meeting accounting, tax and legal obligations.
• Handling data subjects' queries, complaints and requests.

To access, update and correct their data; request proof of the authorisation; be informed about how their data is used; file complaints with the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio; revoke the authorisation and request deletion where there is no legal or contractual duty to keep the data; and access their data free of charge.

Queries are answered within 10 business days and complaints within 15 business days, extendable in the cases the law provides. Send them to admin@notificado.co or in writing to Carrera 43 A # 32-39, Apto 2432, Medellín. [Pending: department responsible.]

We use infrastructure providers that may host data outside Colombia, under contracts requiring adequate protection standards. [Pending: list of providers and countries.]

We apply the measures described in the privacy policy and the evidence method. Notification evidence is kept for 10 years in immutable storage.

This policy applies from its publication. Each version has a version number, and material changes will be communicated to data subjects.
