Privacy policy

• Account data: name, email, firm or office.
• Professional data to verify you are a lawyer: tarjeta profesional and identity document.
• Usage data: sign-ins, actions taken and audit logs.
• Billing data.

For each notification we process the recipient's name and electronic address and the delivery events: mail server response, IP address, browser and download or acknowledgement times. We process them on behalf of the sending lawyer, who is the controller of that data.

To provide the service, produce and keep the evidence, invoice, meet legal obligations and protect the security of the system. We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising.

Notification evidence is kept for 10 years in immutable storage. Other data, while the account is active and for the periods the law requires.

Encryption in transit and at rest, strict isolation between accounts, least privilege and an audit log of who viewed or downloaded what.

You can access, update, correct and request deletion of your data, and revoke your authorisation, under Ley 1581 de 2012. Deletion does not reach the evidence of notifications already sent while it must be kept. The procedure is in the personal data processing policy.
