Terms

  • Prices in Colombian pesos (COP), before VAT (19%).
  • Credits expire 12 months after purchase.
  • One credit is used per recipient, not per message.
  • A plan's credits renew each cycle and do not roll over; a pack's last 12 months.
  • Pay online by card, PSE, Nequi or Bancolombia. Every payment carries its DIAN electronic invoice.

What uses a credit?

Each recipient of a notification. Serving the same order on two defendants uses two credits.

When do credits expire?

Pack credits, 12 months after purchase. Plan credits renew every cycle and do not roll over.

How can I pay?

Online, by card, PSE, Nequi or Bancolombia.

Do I get an electronic invoice?

Yes. Every payment comes with its DIAN electronic invoice, which we email to you.

Can I cancel a plan?

Yes, whenever you like. Plans have no lock-in.

Does the free trial need a credit card?

No. You get 50 free notifications, valid for 90 days, once we approve your tarjeta profesional verification.
