Your deadlines in your calendar
How to subscribe Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar to your firm's deadlines with a read-only link.
Updated:
For every notified recipient, Notificado works out when the notification is deemed served (surtida), when the term starts and when it ends. Those deadlines are on Deadlines (/plazos), and they can also show up in your own calendar, updating themselves.
Create the link
- Open Deadlines (/plazos).
- Under Subscribe in calendar, choose how long the link stays valid (1 year, 90 or 30 days) and press Subscribe in calendar.
- Copy the calendar address that appears. It looks like this:
https://www.notificado.co/ics/<token>.ics.
The address is shown once. If you lose it, create another one.
Only a lawyer or the firm's owner can create the link. A paralegal sees the deadlines on the page but cannot create links.
Add it to your calendar
- Google Calendar (on a computer): Other calendars › + › From URL, paste the address and press Add calendar.
- Outlook: Add calendar › Subscribe from web, paste the address and save.
- Apple Calendar: File › New Calendar Subscription, paste the address. On an iPhone or a Mac you can also press Open in my calendar app in Notificado.
Each app fetches the link on its own schedule, every few hours: a new deadline can take a while to appear. The Deadlines page remains the source of truth.
What it contains
- One all-day event per computed term: Term ends — radicado (recipient), with the date the notification was served, the start of the term and the number of business days.
- Deadlines from the last 30 days and all upcoming ones.
- Recipients whose mail bounced or was refused are not in it: no delivery means no notification, and no term.
The dates are estimates: they count business days with the calendar of public holidays, court recess (vacancia judicial) and court closures Notificado has published, and every event says so. The judge decides.
Security
- The link is a read-only token: its only permission is reading deadlines (
deadlines:read). It cannot send, edit or download anything. A token with any other permission does not open the calendar. - Anyone with the address can see your firm's deadlines. Do not share it or paste it into a calendar shared with people outside the firm.
- The token is listed in Account › API (/cuenta/api) as Deadlines calendar. To cut access, revoke it there: the calendar stops updating at once.
- When the link expires, the calendar stops updating. Create a new link and replace the subscription.
